Issue with license email being filtered as SPAM
Many of you have reported issues with receiving your license emails after donating or after recovering the license. I think some spammers have recently user our domain name as part of a SPAM campaign and as a result many ISP are blocking email from our domain as SPAM.
I wish I could do something about it but apparently every ISP use different antispam software and it is next to impossible to clean-up this mess. I have put all the SPF, DKIM records possible in the DNS for the domain. I hope this will help flush things up.
In the mean time if you have donated and have not received your license within minutes of Paypal clearing the payment then send me an email at “support@netputing.com” and I will look for the license in the database.
Be sure to send me your Paypal transaction # and Paypal ID you used to make the donation.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience this SPAM issue is causing.
