OK, so tomorrow is the big event where Apple will announce the new iPhone 5. They will also most likely also announce new iPod Touch and who know what else. (Don’t bet on the iPad mini). This will also announce the release of iOS6, the new version that will run on the iPhone 5.
This new version of iOS is known to cause issues with previous version of AirPrint Activator. The symptoms are that printers will not be seen under iOS6. They will show just fine under iOS5. So what can you do? Simply grab a copy of version 3.0 of the application. You can find it in the main page of the application.
For those who might not know AirPrint Activator allow you to print from your iDevices to legacy printers your might already own and share using your Mac. See, Apple introduced this new printing protocol but legacy printers don’t know how to speak that language. AirPrint Activator act as a translator between your legacy printer (non AirPrint compliant) and your iPod, iPad, iPhone.
