AirPrintHacktivator v1.1 now available

I have made some minor modifications to the AirPrint activation utility. It will now attempt to verify if your Mac run the appropriate versions of OSX and iTunes before letting you install the hack to activate AirPrint.
I have added an icon to the application to make it look a bit better… but really, the icon is a bit lame, sorry!
You can find the new version right here.
Hopefully these changes will raise awareness of when the system does not meet the minimum requirements for AirPrint activation.

Great app! I love being able to print to my non-airprint capable printer! I’d love it even more if it could print a document in the best/appropriate (landscape or portrait) mode automatically!
Interesting idea, Mark. AirPrint doesn’t do that, so it’s a bit outside of this tool’s scope of enabling AirPrint, but what defines “best” for you? By what heuristics should the tool guess this for you?

Just amazing! Thanks a lot for developing this kind of app! It’s just so easy to install and works great! Thumbs up!
