Dell.com is now selling the Mini 10v with an optional Atom n280 processor running at 1.66 GHz (1.66GHz/667MHz FSB/512K cache). It is a $25 option that will be worted if you want to watch 720p HD video on your Mini (especially usefull via VGA out).
There is no sign of a screen upgrade to 1024×600 like in the previous generation of Mini 9.
The big speed difference mainly come from the faster 667MHz (up from 533MHz) front-side bus. It is not known yet if the 10v will be equiped with the new GN40 chipset or if it will still use the old 945GSE one.
The update has not made it to the Canadian web site yet.
