Shipments of the Dell Mini 10, with the internal digital TV Receiver (ATSC), which is a $50 option, are now just getting into the hands of users and boy, have they been in for a surprise as Dell seems to be absolutely clueless about their own TV tuner.

Apparently the internal TV tuner it was supposed to ship with an external antenna (seen at Engadget) that plugs into the port on the side, but so far nobody has received one and Dell support have no answer. There does not seem to be any internal antenna either so nobody is getting any channels.
